Today, my (reduced) group sank Lost Angels ... and escaped with an ornithopter "on lease" from Mr. Hellstromme ... Wink
Well, anyhow, we're done with that campaign and we're looking for something other than Deadlands: The Weird West for now.

I've got three totally different settings as options, and I like them equally. They are Hellfrost, Hell on Earth or Streets of Bedlam.
(Actually, I personally like many more Savage Settings, but these are the ones that seem most compatible with what my group might want to do next ...)

Any vote what I should pick? Maybe with a little explanation why you vote as you vote?

Thanks a lot!

If you want a break from Deadlands, I would skip Hell on Earth. Streets of Bedlam vs Hellfrost is a rough choice, as Hellfrost is just some epic, wicked stuff...but I've been watching lots of noir and revenge films lately, so that leads me towards SoB.

I vote Hellfrost. Mainly because it is weird.

I'm currently running the Flood for my group and it's hard enough to keep my players unspoiled as is since just about every Deadlands product after Flood has referenced some minor and major plot points in the adventure, so I'd appreciate if there were at least some spoiler tags so they wouldn't get themselves spoiled when skimming through the forums. Thanks.

That outta the way, I don't know anything about Streets of Bedlam, but I love HoE and Hellfrost intrigues me. If you like Deadlands' metaplot and want to see where the Weird West goes, HoE is great for you. It still is a western, among other things, but that part is way easier to ignore in the Wasted West than in the Weird West. Hellfrost seems epic. 'Nuff said.

Sorry. Added it to the headline.

Just make sure that your players understand all the differences between the two, even though there is Deadlands in the title, there are important differences (like Guts and Fate Chips).

Actually, I'm seriously considering keeping the two.
Although I understand why Pinnacle is doing away with them, we love both concepts.
Additionally, some rules in HoER simply make make more sense if there are e.g. Legendary Fate chips (finding a memento while scrounging should give you at least a Legendary Fate chip, not just a bennie).

I'll have to think about it ... Wink
