Is there an adventure in the book for people wanting to start playing or are GMs on their own for that?

There isn't a Plot Point Campaign or a big list of Savage Tales in the core Hell on Earth Reloaded book. In the Wasted West section, a number of locations are detailed in a way that makes an adventure or two pretty obvious or easy to construct.

Pinnacle plans on releasing the Hell on Earth Companion in the (hopefully near) future. It will add new rules and a full-fledged Plot Point campaign
