In 1905 the Miller brother 101 ranch weird west show was preforming at Madison Square garden. One of the Mohave rattlers escapes from it's cage and rampaged into the stands. Luckily top show performer Bill Picket the famous rattler wrangler was able to rid his horse into the stands and leap on the ratter and bit it on the lip while his partner Will Rogers was able to lasso it's tail and drag it back to the pens. After this event the transportation of what Charles Darwin had called Fauna Fantastical east of the Mississippi river was banned
By the time excitement of the first world war was over the nation was again clamoring for the excitement to be seen in the weird west. The newly formed Hellstorm moving picture company (HMP) bought up a valley near the rebuilt Los Angles. Hellwood valley was known for a native shrub or tree, that had has a foul smelling oily sap, dark green leaves with jagged razor sharp edges, reddish-orange poisonous berries and a tendency to smolder and catch fire in the summer heat. The valley was cleared and HMP and other studios built a entertainment empire in Hellywood

Movie Town started in the Lost Angels suburbs in the 1920's (or so). Wasted West (6005), Jo's Journal, page ~83.
You'd like Jo. She's a butt-kicking Templar lady, with a sense of style. Not as nerdy as you'd like, but you can't have everything. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

The Hollywood valley was a suburb of LA, in this world the Holly Bushes were born evil. 1920 is after WW 1
And I have met Joe. Right after I rescued a convoy outside of Bosie and made the second leader of the Anti Templar head explode after fooling all the others with a ghostly vision of the Anti Templar founder telling them to lay down there weapons
I got a little companion badge and a sandwich _________________ http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h51/Vondan/

Holy Crap! I just realized that Howard and Lovecraft are alive and writing during this era.
Ohh.... possibilities. _________________ I'm wise enough to know that I don't know half as much as I think I know. Y'know? |

| And Robert Howard. All the classics of the pulp genre are still going. What a time to be alive. Or undead. Whatever. |
