I'm guessing he means a new sub-forum for Noir in the Deadlands section. Or will that be merged in with the Hell on Earth/Lost Colony subforum as a "Deadlands Spinoff" subforum?

Deadland's Noir is a different century than either of the other settings so it should have it's own section. If it were combined with any thing it would be "Arcane High" that is set in 1955

What if I paint a French femme fatale Templar in a pinstriped pencil skirt suit to help persuade him? |

If you put her in a flapper hat with a derringer in a thigh holster thats the cover for the deadlands noir suppliment "femme fatales"
