Grim Servant o' Death give a +1 bonus to every damage roll, however only four examples are listed (Fighting, Shooting, Spellcasting, Throwing). The downside of the hindrance mentions rolling a 1 on a Shooting or Throwing attack roll directly, and indirectly (via the reference to hand-to-hand) implies the same applies for Fighting attack rolls.

Does the damage bonus apply to every damage roll from only the skills listed, or every damage rolls from all sources, e.g. including other sources like explosives, weird science, etc?

Does the downside (when rolling a 1): (a) only apply to Shooting and Throwing; (b) apply to Shooting, Throwing and (as implied) Fighting; or (c) apply to all attacks and attempts to cause damage by any means (including spellcasting, explosives, weird science, etc) even if not mentioned in the hindrance?

i.e. Is Spellcasting a way around Grim Servant by getting the benefit but not the drawback?

There is no way around Grim Servant. Wink

The bonus applies to all damage rolls and the effect of rolling a 1 (or critically failing) applies to all attack rolls.
