| Do Minor Artifact regenerate PP or do they just have a limited unrefillable supply? |

| I do believe they get the general one-per-hour recharge rate, separate from any recharge rate of their owner (which could be higher or nothing). |

The ones in the Fantasy Companion? Joel's correct, they get the standard 1 / hour recharge rage.
The answer will vary from setting to setting, and artifact to relic. Magic, and magic items, are very setting and campaign dependent. There are a lot of possible variations to make the rules fit the concept. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

Good, because my players found a luck wand and I wanted to make sure if it gets its PP back. |
