What Deadlands Reloaded book might I find the stats for Nicodemus Whateley?

All I can find is the information in his OTHER condition in The Flood.

Was Nicodemus the actual Whateley family leader?

The Whateleys were never really detailed in Reloaded, due to the fact that the Doomtown CCG is a property not owned by Pinnacle or somesuch. The classic books which provide details on the Whateleys are Doomtown or Bust and The Black Circle.

You won't. He was covered in the Classic books Doomtown or Bust, Black Circle, and the adventure Ghost Busters. The Doomtown collectible card game also had a fair bit of information about him.
If you have those resources, you can translate his stats to Reloaded by use of the Classic to Reloaded conversion guide.

He was the leader of the Gomorra Whateleys, but not of the entire extended clan. He was known to recruit pretty heavily from the other branches of the family, trying to build as much power as he could, and to better serve his master.

Actually Jebediah Whateley was the patriarch of the clan that moved from Back East to Gomorra. Nick and his sister/wife Dolores were part of that group up until the big mess at Lord Grimely's. After all that went down, Nick actually tried to take over the family and take it in a different direction. I don't know how that worked out or what members of the family sideded with who officially (and there was never a home card for Nick's faction of the family).
