The Wasted West book (number 6005).
It makes you a hulking brute, kind of like Cole Ballad (who does have this edge - his stats are in the Wasted West book).
Requires Brawny, 3d10 strength, 4d12 vigor.
Ups Str & Vig by 1 step, gives Thick Skinned, Tough as Nails 5, and Sand 5. Lowers Smarts, Cognition, and Knowledge by 1 step each.

Sadly, it cannot be combined with Martial Arts and AB:Enlightened, as it would require 11 edge points, so my Super Soldier Kung Fu Badass concept is illegal  |

That's because you forgot about the Veteran edges. 
And since Super Soldier requires Brawny, it's 14 edge points.

Super Soldier requires Brawny, 3d10 Strength, and 4d12 Vigor; as I said the first time around. It gives you 13 points of Edges, bumps Strength and Vigor by 1 step each, and drops three mental scores by 1 step each, for a 5 point edge. You're damn right it is ridiculous.
Reread Veteran o' the Wasted West. Those 15 points can be spent on anything, including edges. The 10 point limit is simply the limit of points you can get from Hindrances - and (barring Veteran) those are the only points that can be spent on Edges.
