There is the campaign guide and the players (survivors) guide. are both necessary for Darwin's world play or is the Survivors guide just a repeat of info from the campaign guide but centered on player-information?
Should I buy both even if I am going to make my own version of the post-apocalypse? _________________ Savage Worlds doesn't even have a bell curve. It has a probability line that looks like it was drawn by a blind person in an earthquake. Anything can happen.
Trust me, you want both. The Campaign Guide has a huge bestiary, tons of equipment, descriptions of various factions, etc. It's really more of a toolkit than the usual GM Guide - there are sample adventures, but no plot point campaign, just lots of good stuff for the GM to do his/her own thing with.
Highly recommended! _________________ "It only takes an extra second to be courteous."

And the players' guide has a bunch of setting rules that they didn't waste time reprinting in the Campaign Guide. Medical incompatibility, races, mutations, setting edges, etc. The GM will want to have both books. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

Kreider and Valhalla. Thankyou for your prompt Replies. Thanks to your posts, the publishers just got my 50 bucks ( I prefer dead tree)! _________________ Savage Worlds doesn't even have a bell curve.
