|
|
I was trying to find this information on your website but without success (I don’t speak polish and translator tools are inadequate).
Will Gramel be publishing a Savage Words RPG on The Witcher setting? I know that The Witcher is extremely popular and Sapkowski is a national treasure. Any chance at all this will be happening?
The only remote connection I could find was that an Artur Ganszyniec did some work for you in 2010 and he worked at CD Projekt RED (makers of the blockbuster Witcher game series) as a lead designer.
Savage Worlds settings tend to be off the beaten path and a plot point campaign book on this setting would certainly qualify.

We wanted to do it, but unfortunately, the licence owners don`t want to us to make it. And their proposition wasn`t good. Sorry. _________________ Piotr "Ramel" Korys

That is really sad news. So they just have a license sitting there doing nothing when there is GRAmel, which I believe to be a maker of Excellent game products that has distribution on both sides of the Atlantic.
Well, thank you for answering my question. |

They do video games, and maybe they would make a rpg. But I cannot tell that for sure. I`d kill to get that licence. _________________ Piotr "Ramel" Korys

3 words: un axe eptable!
Just finished reading the "Last Wish" (estonian translation) and that is just the best fantasy! It is a mix of Eastern European mythology and traditional fantasy. It feels like this sort of stuff evokes some hidden genetic memories or something. Lot of similarities to Estonian fantasy/folklore that does not get translated much.
And the way the Beasts and Barbarians is done - Witcher would be match made in heaven for GRAmel.
Another question, when are the other B&B books be available in print? |

And Jalizar should be available as well. We don`t have plans for adventures nor for Tattered Banners. _________________ Piotr "Ramel" Korys

I very much enjoyed reading through my copy of Beasts and Barbarians recently. Enough that I've just started running a game and so was very excited to think I might be able to pick up a print copy of Jalizar (as I prefer to have a print copy of books). Only to be unable to find it on the website .
Do you know if Jalizar is to be released in print soon? I'm disappointed that Tattered Banners and the adventures won't be released in print. And I would love to get a larger bestiary in print with dozens of new monsters... . |

You can try drivethrurpg.com Print On Demand option. I can't recall if Jalizar is one of the POD options, but it's worth looking into.
The quality of their POD books is good, and most titles have a few options about the print results (binding, cover, color / B&W, etc.). _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

I consider the drivethrurpg's prices of POD and shipping to Europe to be extremely expensive. Paying 20$ for a shipping cost to Europe is out of this world. |

1. About the bestiary - have you seen Beasts of the Dominions?
2. Jalizar in print - should be, we don`t know if soon. Sorry
Thanks for interest in B&B _________________ Piotr "Ramel" Korys
