Now that I finally have a group set up and ready to go, I'm looking over the map and picking the best "central" spot to them, which happens to be Denver. I know the location is a major player in Hell on Earth, but I was wondering what it had going for it in 1877-1879.
Currently, I'm thinking about tweaking the timeline and putting Nikola Tesla in Colorado and having a few things happen because he's around, but not certain just yet.
Anyone ever run a game out of Denver, or ran into a splat book or other supplement that had notes on Denver? Any input would be appreciated. |

Lots of details on Denver (plus Savage Tales) in the new Deadlands Plot Point, The Last Sons. _________________ Matthew Cutter

| I would also suggest looking up "Things to do in Denver When you're dead". Not the Movie but PDF someone put together for Denver during the Classic time period |

On second thought don't name it after the famous Gold Nugget Bar in one of the Colorado mining towns. Call it after my parent's restaurant "The Gold room restaurant and and Cow boy bar" cause they really did have a buffalo rider come in on his buffalo when he was bored with being in the parade and wanted a beer.
Buffalo in bar + Scared Town Marshall in a 20 gallon hat + Shotgun hole in squad car door = Hilarity
Scaerd Town Marshall + 30 silent town folk standing behind him with hunting rifles + Hell angels getting out of town quickly = Cool _________________ http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h51/Vondan/ |

Thanks for the reminder on that one! That was tucked away in my Hell on Earth folder and I completely forgot about it!
I'll run off a copy of that and read up on it tonight. Thanks again!
Anyone else have any other suggestions or resources for this or any similar locations? |

It's actually "Things to do in Denver when your undead." I forgot that and found the movie of the more familiar name every time I searched for it... _________________ When the Cat's a Stray, the Mice will Pray |
