When Wild Cards take combat actions in mass combat, do the bonuses stack for each character? Say if you have 8 PCs and each one gets a raise on ther combat action roll, would that be a +16 to their leader's battle roll?

Yep, the bonuses stack, but the GM should probably take into consideration the impact of having 8 players in the game for a mass battle.
