I want to make sure I understand this correctly.

4 characters are gambling and the stakes are set at $10.

Character A gets an 11
Character B gets a 4
Character C gets a 3
Character D gets a 1

The result would be that Character D pays character A $100 and Character C pays Character B $10. Is this correct?
