War of the Dead: Chapter Four is now available for pre-order!
Chapter Four concludes the saga as the characters uncover the secrets of the government shadow war, the history of the Living Dead, and of an insane experiment that could once again change the entire world. Forced into a final confrontation with a secretive government agency, as well as the outlaws that control Helltown, the characters find themselves in a position to affect the future of the human race— or die trying.

I still haven't had a chance to run War of the Dead and probably won't for some time but it is well worth the read till I finally get a chance. |

Sorry to ask a stupid question but how does the subscritption work?
I bought the Chapter 4 subscription 2 weeks ago through drivethru, do they send a link on the release day or do you go to your account page? |

Then the product is released, DriveThru will send you a link. That's how the previous 3 have worked.
If everyone starts talking about a particular episode, and you still haven't received your link, then contact the drivethrurpg customer service. They'll usually get you taken care of within 12 hours, and you'll rarely have the same problem again.
Since Chapter 4 has not been released yet, it will be a bit before you'll get your first links.

Chapter 4 has been released.
The previous Chapters were usually released late on Sunday night. Chapter Four: Week 1 would have done the same . . . except Comcast internet was down in my area last night. After waiting until 4am for it to return, it pulled a no-show so I had to go to bed.
Although I can set the individual purchases to release on Date-X, the subscriptions have to have the files manually uploaded at time of release (dates can't be preset on them). So what I typically do is pop the new adventure into the subscription, send out the links, and then load it up for the non-subscription purchases.
Now that my internet is back and I could update the subscription, it's all been uploaded. I use a subscription as a test, and just got my download link.

Good to hear. As it typical whenever I release a subscription at the store, someone had an issue of it saying Week-1 could not be downloaded.
My main subscription got it fine. I also just sent myself a complimentary subscription to a different email (not associated with Daring at all), and after I made the purchase, Week-1 was immediately listed in my products to download section.
So, if anyone has the gratuitous issues, be sure to write RPGNow/DriveThru as it isn't anything on my end, and has to be with their database again.

This morning's download, Chapter 4, the interior pages were in colour. The first 2 weeks, the interiors were black and white.
I like the change and feel it is an improvement. Will there be a re- upload of the first 2 weeks in colour? |

The first 2 weeks were updated at the same time Week 3 went out. OBS was told to send notices, but I can't say that it worked as intended.
It was done due to the iPad issues.
