Description: It is said that the Necropolis holds both amazing treasures of the Ancients as well as terrors that can make your blood boil. Join a group of post-apocalyptic adventurers as they delve into the ruins that were once Los Angeles in search of ancient technology.
Darwin's World is one of the most rich post-apocalyptic role playing settings. This session is run by the author of the Savage Worlds version.

Name of event: RPG - Hellfrost - The Black Ice of Karad Marn
System: Savage Worlds
Number of players: 2 - 5
Description: The great Dwarven city of Karad Marn has been primarily in orcish hands for over six decades; ever since the Frost Dwarves, in their eagerness to expand, broke into a major orc stronghold. Now, the rediscovery of an ancient burial vault may hold a key to turning the tide of the battle.
Play as a group of Frost Dwarves, as they fight their way deep into the Black Ice of Karad Marn.

Hey all,

Just thought I would post that GottaCon was awesome. Attendance was up to about 1500 this year and there was a good selection of Savage Worlds represented.

My Darwin's World, Necropolis Nightmare session went well. The three players made it through to the end with only one suffering from radiation sickness. Pretty impressive if you knew what I put them up against.

My Hellfrost session, the Black Ice of Karad Marn, was awesome as well. Nine dwarves and an human can really pack a wallop. We didn't quite finish, but they were on the last encounter and had an absolute blast. Best convention game ever.

On another note, for anyone bothering to read this, I am likely going to be at Gencon this year and I would gladly run these sessions again. Keep an eye out for them (whether Savage Saturday night, or just regularly scheduled).
