DLR: Blessed and Detect/Conceal Arcana

Reviewing the DLR setting rules Blessed are not allowed to use Detect/Conceal Arcana.

I seem to remember a comment from about a year ago mentioning Blessed being able to detect but not conceal arcana, is this correct?

(I think I found the comment, but it was tangential to the actual question being posed so I probably need a more definitive answer)

If a Blessed cannot detect or conceal arcana is there some other power or ability that allows them to "see" invisible creatures?

My present posse has only a Blessed for supernatural firepower so this question has rather high importance for them.

Nope. They do not have access to the power at all.

Not directly, no, though there are powers that might allow it through "brute force" or creativity.

For instance, a Blessed could attempt to stack multiple uses of boost/lower trait to boost Notice to overcome the penalty. Or if the invisibility comes from a power, they could attempt to dispel it if they think the target is within their Smarts. Creatively, using a power like Elemental Manipulation to throw dust or water into the air might reveal an invisible character temporarily.
