Would the Arcane Resistance Edge give a +2 to Spirit rolls for resisting the effects of the Holy/Unholy Warrior Edge?

Holy/Unholy Warrior is not specifically an "arcane power," so "officially" it could bypass Arcane Resistance.

Of course, Holy/Unholy Warrior is a Professional Edge, and thus dependent on the setting in which it is allowed/used. As part of the rules for the setting, the GM may determine that Arcane Resistance did apply against it.

Of course, it would also likely take an NPC to be able to have that Edge and also be affected by Holy/Unholy Warrior, in which case the decision is up to the GM anyway.

That said, for the poor player who took both Arcane Background: Miracles (to be "supernaturally" good or evil) and Arcane Resistance probably needs a bit of an extra advantage to account for how they restricted themselves by their Edge choices. Wink

So in short, up to the GM and setting.
