At the risk of being labeled a drooling SW fanboy. I can live with that.
But before I do, I need to know: are the SW icons in place of the 1s or the 6s (aces)?

I tend to think of dice as gamer jewelry. You might not really need more, but more is always nice.
And the icons question is perfectly valid. It's also something I just realized in mid-typing that I don't know for certain. Let me double-check, and I'll let you know. _________________ Joel Kinstle

The icons do, indeed, replace the sixes. _________________ Joel Kinstle

At least you'll have a pouch that's been Savaged.

The icon dice look great, and the pearly colored dice are nice except for one thing. I really HATE six-sided dice with numbers instead of pips. I don't suppose the set is available with all the six-sided dice having pips? I know it is most likely wishful thinking, but I have to ask.
Alternately, if you can say who makes the dice, maybe I can check and see if they have the "right" six-siders. _________________ Stephen J. Miller

The dice were manufactured by Chessex. _________________ Joel Kinstle

That's what I thought. Custom color? They look very nice.
If I didn't already have about $50 of Chessex dice, I'd get a set.
...
Any chance that you might sell just the wild dice separate? _________________ ~~KT~~ |

Will these be available through gaming distributors or only from Pinnacle directly? I like to patronize the FLGS whenever possible.
Even if these didn't look awesome, I'm a dice fiend. Just when I thought I'd never need to buy another set of dice...
EDIT:
Found the answer in the Break Room forum; direct only. Come on, pay day... |

That is the color scheme of the non-Wild dice. _________________ Clint Black

My only question is whether the symbol on the Wild Dice is big enough to make these randomizers equal to the Unstoppable Pepster Ace! Dice.
If so, I might make the switch... but my Ace! die has been en fuego lately. _________________ Matthew Cutter

IME, and FWIW, any of the custom dice Chessex makes are prone to this same issue, in that they roll high an extraordinary amount of the time. Combine this with a *certain fellow Savage's* predilection for having such dice for *every game he runs*, and how *frequently* my regular group plays in his games at local conventions....
Around my table, we call 'em "Mike's Dice". _________________ "Your GM is metagaming ... and wrong!" |

Position and uniformity of design was taken into account to insure these dice would provide appropriate Savagely random results. Any tendency toward Acing falls solely in the lucky hands of the roller. _________________ Clint Black
