I love Leverage. I remember watching the commentaries and hearing John make a comment about Savage Worlds - I had to rewind to make sure I heard it right. I love that he's a gamer. _________________ "It only takes an extra second to be courteous."

Sean,
That was rather....Oblique.....
I think we need to say a bit more about Agents than that....how about some sneak peaks....
Maybe talk about all the newly added Single Use Devices, Weapon's Qualities, Vehicle Qualities, Agencies Generator, Creature Generator, Spy Sampler with seven different Campaign Frameworks, NPCs, advanced adventure generator, and much, much more.
I'm very, very excited about finally seeing Agents go out to the Savages!
Home game last night: Agent Gabriel nearly fell victim to delayed blast traps as he investigated what happened to the Daedalus Project (upcoming Zero Sum Report). Fought off Pandoran agents, discovered the true threat, and managed to escape the island to fight another day.
Agent Serena is pretty awesome! She has two innate powers (deflection and shape changing at Seasoned Rank), serves in the Assault Branch of the IFO(Intelligence and Field Operations) Division, and took Trademark Weapon as her free Combat Edge. She tripped out her .45 semiauto with 3rb, laser sighting, extra ammo capacity, and can break the weapon down to hide it. Did I mention she's one deadly assassin?
This game was a blast to write, and awesomely fun to play.
See ya in the funny papers.

The New Recruit (Agents of Oblivion PDF): $10 Buy it now!
Ready for horror-fueled espionage action? Agents of Oblivion wants you!
Agents of Oblivion is the highly anticipated Savage Worlds setting book we like to call The Perfect Cocktail of Horror and Espionage. Within these pages grace everything you need to play the style of spy game you want to play from “The Company Line” where every nightmare and conspiracy you can imagine is real and you can wield the powers you need to drive back the darkness to “Spy versus Spy” where you can take things on in a gritty brutal fashion.
John Rogers, creator and executive producer of Leverage, says it nicely in the Intro.
“You have in your hands a rules set that lets you play anything from “Spellslinging Spy vs. Alien Brain Eater” to “Harry Palmer vs. That Unpleasant Fellow from Bulgaria.” They haven’t glossed over any of the little nuts and bolts you need to play a realistic spy game, if that’s your desire - they’ve just streamlined it to be Fast, Furious, and Fun. That I can use one setting to play both those extremes is impressive as hell.”
Let’s break things down a bit more:
Agent generation is designed with flexibility in mind and expands the Savage Worlds base rules while remaining true to them. Within are options to even modify your agent’s abilities between missions. Add to that resources and you have a setting which truly shines—spytech, special training, SUDs (single use devices), and a multitude of ways to trick out your loadouts and options to grab!
If you’re the Director, there’s plenty for you within these pages as well. Advice on how to integrate spy and horror themes into your games along with details on modeling your campaign into one of the seven campaign frameworks and a robust spy sampler where we show you how by example of how to create a campaign in each of the styles. Combine this with mission generators, creature generators, and more and you can leap into the modern world of high stakes espionage and horror with complete confidence.
The Elite Agent (Agents of Oblivion Print + PDF): $25 Buy it now!
Take the plunge! Get the PDF right away and be among the first to receive a shiny, new copy of the physical book when it comes in from the printers. Be the envy of your neighbors!
The Sigil Operative (Agents of Oblivion PDF + Realms of Cthulhu PDF): $20 Buy it now!
The truth is out there when the stars align, so be prepared! Agents of Oblivion is created by the same designers who brought you Realms of Cthulhu and they play pretty well together.
The Director (Agents of Oblivion Print + PDF and Realms of Cthulhu Print + PDF):$50 Buy it now!
You know knowledge is power and want all the intel you can get, so how can you pass up this fantastic offer? You get both the Agents of Oblivion and Realms of Cthulhu PDFs right away and are among the first to receive the shiny, new copy of Agents of Oblivion when it comes in from the printers and the gorgeous Realms of Cthulhu hardback.
Best,

Agents of Oblivion is slated to be a 6x9 softback digest, along the lines of Iron Dynasty.

Thanks for your patronage and nice words! Everyone worked really hard to pull this book together. I was amazed by the number of people who had already bought it before my official announcement this morning. Please count yourself among the first to brighten my day!

I'd say the Agent would be Stirred after recovering from being Shaken. _________________ When the stars themselves burn out three things will continue kicking a**: Faith, Hope and Love.

I love the idea of combining horror and espionage, so this book strikes a chord with me. I picked up the pdf and will have it printed and in a 3-ring binder before the end of the day. _________________ Stephen J. Miller
