hi all, in my group the harrowed player has had a fetter installed.
in junkman cometh or iron oasis, it says a harrowed with a fetter dosent need to shut down anymore Confused

does anyone know the logic behind this? i thought he shut down to maintain the body, how does being in a fetter alter this ?

My books are on the other side of the country at the moment, so I'm going to wing it.

Specifically, the fetter does not have to shut down. I recall that cyborgs still need to power down (possibly for a shorter time) to do stuff like defrag and get beaten down by their AI.
