There is a reference to sykokenetic abilities being more dangerous than other abilities. I however cannot seem to find anything more on the subject, such as rules governing the risk. I don't suppose I just missed them somewhere?

I think there is something in the Marshal Section having to do with backlash. Something about possible flaws for powers. Maybe that's what it is referring to.

It may be more severe flaws your probably right. I didn't think to compare those with the others in terms of ouch factor.
