Things I have noted:
Page 7: Close Combat Attacks section, first paragraph, against is misspelled.
Page 8: Resolving Damage section, third paragraph, explained is misspelled.
Page 11: Freak Events table, Back from the Dead entry. How do you determine which of your dead returns? Randomly?
Page 12: Victory section, 2nd paragraph, vehicle is misspelled.
Page 14: Armor section, Kevlar subsection, confusing wording as noted by another poster along with the "si" in the last sentence.
Power Armor section, The Battlesuit topic, first sentence, is missing the verb, is.
Page 15: Ranged Weapons and Accessories section, Bipods subsection. The last sentence is missing "or" between Rate of Fire of 2...more to -1 rather than the usual -2.
Page 16: Flamethrowers section. "On as" should just be "as" in the 2nd sentence.
Page 17: Under Improved Stabilizer, it refers to a moving vehicle penalty instead of the unstable platform penalty.
Page 21: The Barrier power refers to an inch long section in the CV section, but in the description of the power, it refers to 3" long sections.
The Blast power lists a CV -2 and later lists CV -2 for a more potent version of the power. Is this -4 total for the more potent version?
Page 22: The Entangle power mentions skills linked to Agility and Strength, twice, but the Showdown rules has no list of skills or what traits they are linked to (unlike standard SW).
Concerning the Healing power, is there no way that a unit using this power can bring back a Wild Card character?
Page 24: Under the Speed Section in the 2nd paragraph the phrase Very Slow to Fast Support is used. Should this be, Very Slow to Aerial Support?
Under Speed Kills, it mentions a -2 handling penalty on its driver. Should this be a -2 to the Driving roll?
Under Difficult Ground, it mentions Top Speed which is no longer used.
Page 25: Under Collisions, it talks about standard Falling/Jumping damage, but there is no rules on this elsewhere.
Under Losing Control, the sentence should end with "...as well as collision damage to anyTHING that happens to be in the way."
Page 26: Under the Aircraft section, the last sentence ends with the phrase "flips hits". If a character is on hold and fires on a Aerial Support vehicle overhead, what is the range?
Page 27: In the Critical hits table, under the Chassis entry, Does the vehicle suffer an additional wound to the one that sent the vehicle to the Critical Hits table, for this hit to the body?
Page 29: Common Ranged Weapons. Why does the Blunderbuss have an * after its damage listing?
Page 30: Why do the Mk67 and Potato Masher have *s after their range listings?
Page 33: The Natural Leader Edge has the phrase "give spend".
Can the No Mercy Edge be used for attacks both from and against the character with the Edge?
The Power Surge and Wizard Edges both refer to Power Points.
Page 34: There is no Heavy Weapon listing. Regarding the Fear abiility, does units entering combat with this figure include both melee and ranged combat?
Gargantuan mentions Huge and Size, but there is no Size chart in Showdown.
Should Infravision include attacks against Constructs?
Page 35: Regarding the Mist ability, is this a free action? _________________ Never play cards with a man called Doc |
