Hard Boiled – Supplements for Mystery, Mayhem, and the Macabre is now active! The City Tiles 1 set is the first in what we hope to be a long line of popular gaming supplements dedicated to horror, pulp, noir and other genre games of the early 20th Century.

Our goal with this and future sets of the City Tiles is to create a group of tiles that will connect to each other, and allow players to build an entire city to run campaigns in. Future expansions will include offices, various store fronts, government buildings, industrial and wharehouse complexes, and many others.

Available soon will also be a set of period documents that will include business cards, playbills, passports, and various other items players can use to enhance their games. These documents will also relate to the tile sets that are released as well.

This stuff is looking really good, filling a big gap in the battlemap market! Smile

My favorite thing about these battle tiles, I purchased them very recently, is the high level of customization available. They use the layering functionality of adobe's acrobat software in a way that allows you to remove (or add) objects to the tiles.

While this doesn't allow for "infinite" variation, it does mean you can use the same tile set to make more than one house.
