Hey, guys.
Can anyone tell me what the font is that's used in the Savage Worlds Explorer's Edition section headers? I'm talking the font for "Savage Worlds!" at the top of page 4.

It's Decotura ICG. That particular instance is set at 24pt.

Also, check out SF Fedora, as seen in the Savage Worlds logo.

Funny you mentioned that ...
I've used SF Fedora quite a bit for my Savage Worlds gaming. Unfortunately I've got an issue since I switched from Mac to PC. The font prints out just fine on my Mac, but it doesn't display quite right in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for Mac as this picture shows:
Any ideas why?

Big Juju,
I ran into the same problem. The fix is very easy. Give it more leading space. Set the "Before Paragraph" to about 12, IIRC. I believe that will do the trick.
I also seem to remember the font converts well to PDF despite the weird look in Word. But I could be wrong. It's been a while since I used SF Fedora.

Say, while we are on the subject, what is the new font that's creeping into the SW lexicon.
You can see it in the SW Fan logo ("FAN") and on the new Test Drive rules ("TEST DRIVE").
Any ideas?

That's Feast of Flesh.
I hope you like it, since (by sheer coincidence) you'll see more of it in Necessary Evil: Explorer's Edition. |
