Hey everyone,
I just wanted to invite all of you to visit the Evil DM Productions Blog to have a look at the proposed cover for the Legends of Steel book. We are really happy with the art produced by Jeremy Mohler and we hope you like it as well.

Legends of Steel (LoS) pays tribute to the genre of sword and sorcery- specifically the movies, television shows and comics that deal with sword and sorcery- movies like Deathstalker, Red Sonja and Hawk the slayer- TV shows like Conan the Adventurer, The Beastmaster, and Xena; warrior princess- and comics such as Claw-The Unconquered, King Kull, and Thongor. _________________ "You don't get to call yourself an "Old school gamer" unless you've played D&D using paper chits and Dixie cups."

For LoS we are planning on a release in January 09. It's an open setting, no plot points this time around.
The Lost World of Hador setting will most likely be Plot Point driven. _________________ "You don't get to call yourself an "Old school gamer" unless you've played D&D using paper chits and Dixie cups."

The very fact that you know of Hawk The Slayer and mention it as one of your references means that you've got one sale here. Is the book available for pre-order?
The cover looks excellent as well, btw.

Thanks Renny,
Yes "Hawk the Slayer" is one of my VHS tapes I play in the background for inspiration (I also enjoy "Amazons" for some reason...). I've acquired a respectable library of S&S movies and other genre material throughout the years to serve as inspiration for this project.
When it's all done (January *crosses fingers*) I will be offering a pre-orderS at a discounted price for all the folks here.
