This is exactly why we do the license the way we do, folks. A few trusted companies who create fantastic works and have the ambition to go after something really cool does all of us a lot of good, bringing more people in to the fold and giving us all awesome new worlds to play in--and people to play with.

One significant advantage Savage Worlds has over BRP in doing Call of Cthulhu is that the character creation process is much faster.

I think I was actually bouncing in my chair a little as I was reading along and imagining the music. Either I enjoyed Clint's lyrics (and after the roundtable, how could I not?) or the sanity loss has finally caught up to me.

I'm overjoyed to here this.
I started running my annual Halloween Cthulhu game in Savage Worlds last year. My initial reason for moving to Savage Worlds was that I had to generate a dozen character before the game for my players and simply did not have the time to do it in BRP. In the end the game was a lot of fun. The players felt that Savage Worlds worked Geat for Cthulhu.
I can't wait to see what you do with the license.
Do I smell Plot point? That would be incredible! |
