I know the Aim maneuver and / or the Marksman edge don't stick well with fully automatic fire, but how about 3-round bursts?

And while I'm at it, does the Marksman edge work for both weapons if I'm Two-Fisted and/or Ambidextrous and have a gun in each hand?

Yes, Marksman can be used with 3RB; it's still just a ROF of 1.

Also, Aim (not Marksman) can be used with an autofire attack as long as all the shots are aimed at a single target (no splitting up the attacks).

It works whether you have those Edges or not as long as the character doesn't move, fires at a single target, and doesn't fire more than ROF 1 with each gun.
