Can the Blasters (or even other Visori weapons) be reformated to be used by the players.

My characters is going to be Dr. Electric, with a host of Electric powers, including Interface.

Since the Code Breaker modifier on Interface specifically allows a character to bypass "protection devices," I'd say it could be done with that.
